A fruited sour with raspberry flavor.
We took our Lactodaisical sour ale and added a whole bunch of blueberries to it, giving this beer a purplish-blue hue while adding a bit of sweetness to balance out the adicity.
Blackberry and blueberry combine to make a big, fruity, purple beer. Natural acidity from bacterial fermentation lends balanced tartness to the finish while coriander adds pleasing citrus notes.
Dominga blends our iconic wood-aged golden sour with the sweet, detoxifying juice of Calamansi Oranges and light wheat ale.
