Mandarin Orange & Mango Crush a fruit beer inspired by the classic Mid-Atlantic Crush cocktail. Brewed with a base of pilsner malt, we fermented it with loads of tart mandarin orange and juicy Alphonso mangoes. It's crisp, lightly sweet with a refreshing citrusy tartness and a crisp, dry finish....like a sip of summer.
A combination of a traditional German gose with the infusion of passion fruit and guava to tie it all together. The gose is tart, tangy, and a bit salty. So we added some fruits to round it all out and add some sweetness and balance.
Imagine a pumpkin vine wound its way in a field of barley, and a brewer harvested it all to make a beer. Add Northwestern hops and a blend of spices, and you've got UFO Pumpkin. The malt combination provides a smooth body and slightly sweet flavor, which balances perfectly with the earthy notes derived from the pure pumpkin. And like all of our UFO beers, UFO Pumpkin is Unfiltered.
