The American ale yeast keeps it clean and drinkable while the substantial Falconer's Flight 7 C's dry-hop balances the malt with just the right amount of citrus undertones.

Our super-fantastic IPA is continually hopped throughout its entire boil for a powerful yet balanced hop character. 60 Minute IPA was first brewed on a glorified homebrew rig and used a vibrating magnetic football game to add more than 60 doses of hops throughout the beer’s 60-minute boil.
