Chocolate, toasted coconut, and vanilla bean porter.

We set out to create a bold, complex beer that tastes like raspberries and chocolate. This rich ale is the result. We artfully blended six different malts to achieve deep cocoa flavor. Over a pound of raspberries per gallon were added to the young beer to provide fresh, bright fruit character. Complex malt and fruit, but simply delicious.

Deep roasty malts balance with a clean, dry finish to keep this beer full-flavored yet surprisingly drinkable.

Our Lock 9 Porter brewed with Electric City Roasters Bali Blue Moon coffee and vanilla beans. Rich roasted malts with smooth mocha overtones combine with coffee and vanilla to create this full-flavored drinkable beer.
