When Crown Prince Ludwig of Bavaria wanted to celebrate his wedding engagement in 1810, he did what any good Bavarian prince would - he threw a beer festival. Both the festival and the special beer served there became known as Oktoberfest. Brewed from the finest German malt and hops, Brooklyn Oktoberfest is true to the original style, fullbodied and malty, with a bready aroma and light, brisk hop-bitterness.

Introduction Farm Fresh Ale, a new year-round beer that pays homage to our heritage and our authentic Belgian brewing practices. A single sip transports you to the moment we discovered the this recipe - an 'aha moment' that felt new but familiar. Inviting wildflower aromas reveal the delicate complexities of our house yeast and natural wonders of open-air fermentation. Its warm color offers a refreshing glow and the crisp body mirrors a light and sparkling spring morning. Like our other Belgian-inspired beers, farm fresh ale undergoes a secondary fermentation with wildflower honey. This truly unique conditioning step creates wonderful floral aromas and pleasantly rich foam to enjoy with every sip. Join us in taking a break as we share this expression of our brewery's history with you. From our farmlands to yours, near and farm. Cheers to Farm Fresh Ale!
