A combination of a traditional German gose with the infusion of passion fruit and guava to tie it all together. The gose is tart, tangy, and a bit salty. So we added some fruits to round it all out and add some sweetness and balance.

In Apripêche, we’ve married these delectable stone fruits into a thirst-quenching Belgian-inspired blend, which is then masterfully balanced with a tart Flemish golden ale. An artful interplay of sweet nectar, hazy refreshment, and pleasant acidity.

Inspired by the fruit-based Indian drink lassi, Dogfish Head Mango Smoovie is a tart ale brewed with boatloads of mango and tangerine, lactose, vanilla, a touch of rose water and yellow cardamom. The result is a fruit-forward libation with sweet mango and vanilla flavor on the front and a subtle, warm spice finish.

25th Anniversary Ale is an imperial amber ale that conveys a traditional Belgian sweetness, balanced with spicy citrus notes. This fine amber ale pours coppery brown with a billowy cap, notes of lemon and white pepper flakes that are present straight away. At first sip there is a prescence of sweet maltiness that is refined by late additions of Cascade hops, resulting in a dry balanced finish.
