Connector IPA is Switchback’s first and long awaited IPA! Light in color and body, the beer is designed to showcase the hops delicious medley of citrus, tropical fruit, and pine characteristics. Following a huge late addition of Citra hops at the end of the brewing process, we dry hopped this beer with a massive amount of Mosaic and Centennial hops. The result is a lively, refreshingly hoppy IPA that finishes dry with a quick hit of bitterness that fades quickly and invites you back for another sip.
Forged with fire, magic and sin, Texhex Bruja's Brew IPA combines cactus water and rare amarillo hops to deliver a medley of flavors from tangerine and pineapple to citrus and stone fruit.
Daily Dose IPA is dripping with the hop flavors youve come to expect from the Otter Creek Brewing Crew. Brewed with 2-row and rolled oats to deliver a pale-golden, hazy body and a creamy mouthfeel that showcases a juicy hop profile. A heavy dose of late addition Galaxy, Citra and Mosaic hops shine through the super smooth malt base. A spicy, dank punch of Mosaic hops is balanced by the big tropical fruit and citrus notes of Galaxy and Citra hops.
