Heron Hill’s Dry Riesling is crisp with a round mouthfeel and balanced acidity. Flavors of ripe apricot, honeysuckle, and white plum are followed by a lingering floral finish.
Our Semi-Sweet Riesling is comparable in sweetness levels to German Spatlese Rieslings. Eucalyptus and flint are present at first on the nose, followed by bright aromas of white peach, apricot and pineapple.
Fresh fruit aromas like pear and honeydew are followed by hints of hay and peppermint. Lime and citrus come through on the palate, then the wine softens on the mid-palate to reveal flavors of peach and white plum.
Pineapple aromas with mellow peach & honey flavors lead to a smooth, lingering finish. Pairs well with green salads, shrimp, crab and lobster.
