This California Red Blend is a dense, dark, extracted and rich wine that will warm the heart. Not shy on any front, it displays concentrated black berry fruit, chocolate, dark coffee, and toasty oak aromas in a thick matrix of mouth-coating tannin and soft acidity.
The fastest growing red wine in our portfolio, which now comes with a screw cap, is a semi-dry, medium bodied red with a brilliant ruby color. The Game Bird Red is produced with a blend of Foch, Merlot and Caberne Franc. This creates a complex and smooth feel, with herbal and black cherry aromas. Rich blackberries open up to reveal a full palate leaving a soft fruit finishing on the tongue, begging for another sip.
This quintessential Napa Cabernet Sauvignon from the Stagecoach area of Napa Valley, consists of ripe black and red fruit supported by wonderful aromas of toasted cedar and vanilla. The wine fills the mouth with weighty flavors of blackberry, blueberry and dark chocolate, and the subtle tannins are integrated and complimented by excellent acidity. The finish is long and surprisingly balanced for such a young wine.
Sempre Ricordare is inspired by our Families, their Passion to pursue their dreams, to honor their Friends whom struggled with them along the way and the Love that got them through it all. 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Sangiovese, 14% by Vol. Dark ruby red color. The first impression is a complex array of the following aromas: intense blackberry, blueberry and clove sweetened by the predominant vanilla. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety with soft tannins which contribute to its elegant structure. Pair with, savoury pastas, roasted and grilled meats, stewed game or seasoned cheeses.
Allspice, cloves and coriander dominate the nose at first, then after some aeration notes of plum and blackberry join in with hints of turmeric and freshly ground pepper. This blend has a soft and round mouthfeel, rich smokey undertones, and a long finish.
