Bell’s Octoberfest is community in a glass. Our traditional Märzen lager has rich German malt flavors and crisp hop aromas, making it the perfect pairing for the annual festival tradition of drinking beer with friends. With herbal hop aromas, this balanced amber lager focuses on lightly toasted malt that lends body without too much sweetness.
Our festive Märzen style ale uses traditional German malts for a rich flavor and a dry, moderately hoppy finish. Made for stein raising, polka dancing and pretzel scarfing.
Negra Modelo was born at the quarter of the 20th century. To craft something truly unique, our Brewmasters created the Munich Dunkel (dark) style lager by slow roasting caramel malts, a technique that makes the brewing process last twice as long as other beers. We think it’s worth the wait.
Named for an episode of the “Twilight Zone” that references a painting of one of Ithaca’s waterfalls. Midnight Sun is black to deep ruby, with a tan had, smooth lager finish and mouthfeel. A moderate level of malt character from German Pilsner, Munich and Black malts is perfectly balanced by German hop characteristics. Flavors and aromas include chocolate, coffee, mild roasting, with caramel, toffee, and noble hop spiciness.
