Strongbow is the number one cider brand in the world, founded in the 1960s by H.P. Bulmer, who had a family legacy of cider-making expertise fating back to the late 1800s. From the orchard to the glass, Strongbow is inspired by the power of nature to deliver the golden, crisp refreshment in every drop of Strongbow Hard Apple Cider.

We’d go on and on about how we make this cider but the process is pretty simple… take fresh-pressed apple juice, ferment it, and filter it… that’s about it– no additives, sweeteners, or preservatives… just crisp, delicious, all-purpose cider.

NY grown apples and tart cherries are blended and fermented to create this perfect cider. Apples from harvest in Geneva are thoughtfully blended to highlight the fresh aromatics of the apples and the tartness of the cherries.

Our cider is produced from a blend of 100% New York State McIntosh, Empire, Gala, and Spygold apples freshly picked and blended to our unique formula. Fermented in stainless steel with a dry chardonnay yeast.
