We continually hopped this brew for 30 minutes to get a less bitter, more aromatic & easier drinking Light IPA. It’s hoppy, crisp, and crushable!​

Citrus Squall is the perfect storm of a double golden ale and a paloma cocktail brewed with grapefruit juice, blue agave nectar, lime peels and a touch of sea salt, bringing strong gusts of citrusy hop and grapefruit aromas, counterbalanced by a downpouring of bright and tart grapefruit flavor and a blue agave nectar sweetness.

For our margarita, we blend authentic Tequila Blanco from Mexico with out house made Dogfish Head Triple Sec and then combine with real fruit juice from succulent strawberries and citrusy limes for a twist that brings real authentic flavor.

Distilled from Dogfish Head Punkin Ale this spirit was then aged in our own used rum barrels until the desired flavor profile is achieved, such as sweetness and oak & molasses notes. Flush with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, vanilla, a bounteous amount of dark brown sugar and a touch of sage for the cleansing of "spirits," this seasonal liqueur is perfect for mixing up a fall cocktail. Enjoy on its own or in your favorite fall beverages, like coffee, cider or hot chocolate.

This whiskey is aged more delicately then your typical American Whiskey. In wine making, the use of toasted and lighter char oak barrels is preferred to allow the liquid to mature and retain the delicate flavors of the grape. We apply the same philosophy in the barrels we select to age our whiskey. Results in a delicately aged whiskey and a reliably smooth whiskey.

Our creative take on a Moscow Mule, this cocktail is crafted with real fruit juice from passion fruit and limes, then blended with classic ginger beer ingredients for real flavor.
