An impressive Sauvignon Blanc that leaps out of the glass with aromas of green fruits, citrus and hints of pineapple. The palate is rich with intense flavours of citrus, gooseberry and pineapple, supported by well-integrated and crisp acidity.
Light straw in color, this Sauvignon Blanc exhibits the floral, green melon and dry herbal notes typical of this warmer growing region. Finishing with a sense of minerality and crisp acid, this wine is totally dry and focuses on the grape varietal without any malolactic ferment or oak complexities.

Fresh fruit aromas like pear and honeydew are followed by hints of hay and peppermint. Lime and citrus come through on the palate, then the wine softens on the mid-palate to reveal flavors of peach and white plum.
Our Semi-Sweet Riesling is comparable in sweetness levels to German Spatlese Rieslings. Eucalyptus and flint are present at first on the nose, followed by bright aromas of white peach, apricot and pineapple.
An exotic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc. Each component of the blend has been fermented in stainless steel tanks to let each varietal express itself. The Chardonnay brings up the citrus character of the wine, while aromas of peach from the Pinot Gris and pear form the Pinot Blanc make this wine an elegant, fruity wine.
Tropical fruit, caramel, and spice notes crisply balance full-bodied flavors that echo the nose of this California Chardonnay, while adding some yellow stone-fruit flavors.
