We are currently seeking a Maintenance Operations Worker who is responsible for maintaining and completing necessary repairs and updates to the facility and grounds.  This position is responsible for the overall safe operation of maintenance equipment and vehicles in or around the facility as well as any off-site locations. The Maintenance Operations Worker is responsible for ensuring that all company safety policies are followed at all times.  In addition, this employee will perform interior and exterior assignments including, but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, electrical and maintenance of central heating and air conditioning systems, along with other tasks directed by the Fleet and Facility Manager.

Successful candidates will possess the following:

  • High School Diploma or GED plus 3-5 years experience in the maintenance of building facilities and grounds, repair of structures, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, central heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of building maintenance, repair methods, materials, tools, equipment, housekeeping and janitorial tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and complete tasks in the committed timeframe.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.
