The Human Resources Manager is responsible for delivering a variety of HR functions, including recruiting, hiring, benefits administration, employee development and coaching, policy development, and compliance. The HR manager provides services to employees and supports management objectives. As an integral member of the HR department, the HR manager must analyze existing systems, identify and communicate ways to develop and implement new systems as needed, and report to the Director of Human Resources.
